The 29-year-old’s rep announced her engagement to business mogul Adi Ezra, 40, late Wednesday night. The two were reportedly vacationing in the Caribbean when he proposed.

Refaeli was first in SI as a rookie back in 2007 during the Jamaica shoot, but when she landed the cover in 2009, she turned into a legend.
