Rugby is a violent sport.
For those unfamiliar with the rules, it’s essentially football — minus pads and TV timeouts with some crazy Austalians thrown in for good measure — on steroids, but Queensland Reds’ Liam Gill decided to take that ‘ish to the next level during a blow-out loss to the Brumbies over the weekend.
Queensland eventually lost 29-0, and Gill decided to vent his frustration by body-slamming the Brumbies’ Nic White.

Gill was handed a two-week suspension for his illegal “hit,” and won’t be back on the field until April.
