Blue is the new blonde, or at least that’s what Hilary Duff thinks.

The former Disney star and blonde dyed her hair a nauseating blue-green combination, which she showed off Thursday after making a trip to Starbucks.

The night before, she put a preview of her new hair color on Instagram, and said she had been turned into a mermaid.
