Joan Rivers never shied away from her true feelings about anybody on the red carpet, and Ben Stiller was no exception.

In an interview with Howard Stern Wednesday, Stiller said the two never got to amend things before her unexpected death last year.

“She had a thing about it. She didn’t like me,” Stiller said.  “I’m glad you’re bringing this up. Because I never had an interaction with her.” (RELATED: Why Was There No Autopsy For Joan Rivers?)

Vice versa, Rivers once talked about Stiller on Stern’s radio show too, calling him an “arrogant, lucky guy” who she thought owed most of his fame to his parents, with whom she was close.

Stern said the reason she didn’t like him was allegedly because Stiller once “ignored her on the red carpet.”

“Oh, is that what it is?” Stiller asked.

“Okay, this is helping me, because I didn’t understand why she didn’t like me. I mean, I can understand when someone doesn’t like me — whatever…you’re allowed to have your opinion. But she had a thing because she was friends with my parents.”

“But she was great and I feel bad that we never got to work that out. My parents were really friends with her and spent a lot of time and worked with her and she had an amazing career.” (RELATED: Joan Rivers Had A Great Career–See Some of Her Funniest Moments)
