The Sacramento Kings drafted former Michigan Wolverine guard Nik Stauskas with the 8th pick in the 2014 NBA draft, yet it took nearly the entire 2014-2015 season for Stauskas to truly earn his first-rounder status.

On Tuesday, Stauskas and the Kings hosted the Philadelphia 76ers in a game that literally no one cared about. Sacramento would eventually win 107-106, but the highlight of the game came with 10 minutes left in the first half. After knocking down a wide open 3-pointer, Stauskas — my some miracle of technology — was accidentally refereed to as “Sauce Castillo” by the closed captioning, and a star was born.
