Joni Mitchell was found unconscious in her home Tuesday afternoon and rushed to the hospital, reports say.
The legendary singer was at her Los Angeles home when a 911 call was made around 2:30 p.m. about an “unconscious female,” but TMZ reports she was alert during the ride to the hospital.
Her condition is considered “quite serious.”

The eight-time Granny winning artist is best known for hits like “Big Yellow Taxi” and “River,” and helped shaped the 60s and 70s era of music. Her most recent album, “Shine,” was released in 2007.
