Leave it to WaPo to act with utmost sensitivity when running a story about an Uber driver who broke into a passenger’s home after he dropped her at the airport.

Come on, at least career-wise for the burglar, it’s smart. He knew she wouldn’t be there.

Alongside the the story published on April 1 was an ad for Uber — because why not?

Obviously they need a new driver.

The ad has since disappeared.

Graham Flanagan, who works for Business Insider’s video department, captured the ironic image.

Don’t worry too much, ladies. The incident happened in Denver and the pretty sketchy looking driver has been arrested on charges of “suspected attempted burglary,” reports WaPo.

The driver has since been deactivated from Uber. A background check apparently turned up no criminal record before he was hired.
