Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s still-unofficial campaign signed a lease to open its headquarters in one of Brooklyn’s wealthiest neighborhoods, according to Politico.

The new headquarters will be located at 1 Pierrepont Plaza in Brooklyn Heights, in a building that markets itself with the slogan “Modern Offices. Brooklyn Cool.”

It will take up two entire floors of the 19-story building, a total of 80,000 square feet. That’s nearly double the size of the Chicago headquarters used by President Barack Obama during his 2012 reelection campaign. Pictures from the website of 1 Pierrepont Plaza show its modern decor mixed in with tasteful historic surroundings.

Brooklyn Heights, which lies just across the East River from Lower Manhattan, is described by New York Magazine as “the most expensive neighborhood in the outer boroughs.” The magazine describes the neighborhood as safe and clean, but also rather lacking in the racial diversity New York is famous for.

The new neighborhood is a significant shift from the headquarters of her 2008 presidential bid, which was located in the Washington D.C. suburb of Arlington, Va.

The lease was signed within the past two days, and suggests that an official declaration of Clinton’s campaign is imminent. Federal election laws require that a campaign must file to create a campaign committee within 15 days of conducting official campaign activity. If Clinton doesn’t declare, it’s possible that it could trigger a complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission.

The swanky location strikes an interesting contrast to the digs chosen by Hillary’s husband Bill. The Clinton Foundation was headquartered in Harlem from 2001 through 2011, and his office as a former president is still located there.
