Is This The Hottest Meth Manufacturer Ever?

America, meet Megan Thomas.

Police in Pekin, Ill. arrested Thomas, 26, on Wednesday on a charge of manufacturing methamphetamine.

The arrest is connected to the March 25 arrest of Charles Patterson, 51, who was allegedly the meth cook for a local meth lab, according to the Facebook page of the Pekin Police Department.

Patterson’s arrest came after an investigation which lasted 12 years and had a fantastic name: Operation Copperhead.

Armed with a warrant, Pekin police executed a no-knock raid at dawn. The local sheriff’s office and a state police SWAT team participated, reports WMDB, a radio station out of Peoria.

Police dismantled what they are describing as a high-volume meth lab on the premises. They found 170 grams of liquid methamphetamine during the raid.

In addition to Patterson, police arrested Sharon Dunlap, his 53-year-old girlfriend.

“Obviously, the person you want more than anyone is the (meth) cook, and we got him,” police spokesman Mike Eeten told the Pekin Daily Times.

Police have since arrested a fourth alleged meth ring member: Lafrida Lindsey, 44.

Patterson, Dunlap and Lindsey are nowhere near as attractive as Thomas — not even in the same league.

Thomas told police she resides at an address in Puerto Rico.

Detectives say they expect more arrests soon as Operation Copperhead continues to compile evidence.

Pekin, Ill. is a town of 34,094 residents. The suburb of sorts — of Peoria — is the county seat of Tazewell County.
