Unless you put proper effort into maintaining your flexibility, getting too big too fast can become a scary reality. No one wants to be the guy who has to walk through doors sideways. But many bros have no idea where to start when it comes to stretching, so I’ve invited guru Bianca Cheah to lead this week’s session.
Bianca is a certified yoga instructor, and based on her Instagram, she definitely knows a thing or two about staying limber.
