Boston has, without a doubt, been the most successful sports city this millennium.
Since 2001, Boston teams have won four Super Bowls, three World Series, an NBA title and a Stanley Cup, and on Monday, Tom Brady took part in the Red Sox’ pre-game home opener festivities in order to celebrate that same dominance.
Brady — who, as a catcher, was drafted by the Montreal Expos in the 18th round of the 1995 MLB draft — was tasked with tossing out the first pitch to David “Big Papi” Ortiz and, naturally, let rip one for the ages.
