Wednesday Workout… time to get after it.
I know it’s cutting season, but for today’s grind we’re going HEAVY, HEAVY, HEAVY.
Olympic lifts are the best exercises to build pure, explosive strength, but the classic movements can get a little repetitive. Luckily, TheDC was fortunate enough to have Swedish fitness model Anna Nystrom stop by to show us some alternate moves, guaranteed to spice up your swell-sesh.
There’s not a lot of info about this blonde bombshell out there on the interwebs, but based on her Instagram, she definitely knows how to work the posterior chain.

THRUSTERS (4 sets of 8)
