Marco Rubio lamented on “Fox and Friends” that personal attacks were “so much more common on the left.” (VIDEO: DNC Head: Marco Rubio Wants Latinos To ‘Go Back Where You Came From’)

“I mean, the worst thing we can do is talk about it,” Rubio said. “That’s what he wants.”

“There supposed to be– there used to be a line of civility in American politics,” he continued. “It’s particularly problematic on the left. They never argue with you about your ideas; their almost instant reaction is to attack you personally and call you a name.

“I’m not saying people on the right don’t do it too, because it happens. But it’s so much more common on the left,” Rubio said, “If you read or hear most of the criticisms of me, it’s always personal. And it didn’t bother me; that’s what it’s become. But, I wish him well in his retirement.”
