A hospital is a great place to get drugs, but meth? That’s a new one.

Police say a Washington woman is suspected of dealing meth from a Vancouver hospital bed, but they can’t arrest her because of her medical condition, KPTV reports.

The 47-year-old woman, who police believe was running quite the operation, was caught with drugs, a digital scale, packaging materials and 6.5 grams of meth in her room.

The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is still working on getting that arrest warrant for the woman, Karin Cole, and she will likely be charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

Authorities would not divulge Cole’s health status, but say she is now out of the hospital.

Cole is awaiting trial after a January arrest for allegedly dealing meth out of her home.
