MSNBC’s “The Cycle” host Toure Neblett reportedly owes over $59,000 in taxes, according to public documents uncovered by National Review.

“In September 2013, New York issued a state tax warrant to Neblett and his wife, Rita Nakouzi, for $46,862.68,” writes National Review’s Jillian Kay Melchior. “Six months later, the state issued an additional warrant to the couple for $12,849.87.” (VIDEO: MSNBC’s Neblett: Clintons Seem To Feel ‘Arrogant,’ ‘Above The Rules’)

Neblett is the fourth MSNBC host whose failure to pay taxes has been publicly reported on. The IRS went after Melissa-Harris Perry for $70,000 in delinquent taxes earlier this month. National Review also reports that “New York filed a $4,948.15 tax warrant against Joy-Ann Reid, who serves as managing editor of theGrio.com and until earlier this year hosted MSNBC’s The Reid Report.”

Late last year, Al Sharpton was revealed to have owed an estimated $4.5 million in taxes to the federal government, but called the allegations politically motivated. “A lot of people don’t like the fact that President Obama’s the president,” he explained.

Ironically, the MSNBC hosts have a history of supporting tax increases. “The top 1 percent in this country pays very much less than 10 percent,” bemoaned Sharpton, while Reid has called taxes on the wealthy “a basic fairness argument.”
