Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals: Video That Didn’t Cause Benghazi Should’ve Stayed On YouTube

It certainly is a busy news day for a non-story that nobody cares about because what difference, at this point, does it make.

Mario Trujillo, The Hill:

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday ruled YouTube should not have been forced to remove a controversial film mocking the Prophet Muhammad due to copyright concerns.

A majority of the 11-judge panel reversed a decision from last year, when a three-judge panel sided with an actress who said she was duped into appearing in the film and had called for a preliminary injunction to remove it.

The circuit court ruled that the previous ruling was unwarranted and infringed on the First Amendment.

Oh yeah, remember that amendment? The first one? Hillary Clinton has always hated it. Now she has yet another reason.

Speaking of Hillary and Benghazi, Mark Tapscott reports:

New documents obtained by Judicial Watch and made public Monday show that then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other senior officials under President Obama were given intelligence within hours of the Sept. 11, 2012, Benghazi attack describing how it had been planned at least 10 days in advance “to kill as many Americans as possible.”

A heavily redacted copy of a Sept. 12, 2012, Defense Intelligence Agency memo to Clinton, then Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, the White House National Security Council and the Joint Chiefs of Staff said “the attack was planned 10 or more days prior on approximately 01 September 2012. The intention was to attack the consulate and to kill as many Americans as possible to seek revenge for U.S. killing of Aboyahiye ((ALALIBY)) in Pakistan and in memorial of the 11 September 2001 atacks on the World Trade Center buildings.”

In case you’re still in denial about the whole thing, this is just further proof that when Clinton stood before the caskets of four dead Americans and said these words, she was lying:

If you’re okay with being lied to, as long as the liar is on your team, go right ahead and vote for this awful woman.

Don’t bother asking her about any of this news, though. She’s too busy running for president to answer any questions.
