Kris Jenner was married to Bruce Jenner for 24 years, and only weeks after their divorce was finalized Bruce told Diane Sawyer, and the world, he was transitioning into a woman.
Now, during a two-part special of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” dedicated to the 65-year-old’s “journey,” Kris said she never saw this coming.
“I never saw this coming in a gazillion years,” Kris says tearfully. “You have to tell the truth.”
“You’re the toughest one to talk to out of anybody,” Bruce told her.
“Well maybe it’s because I’m the one you lied to the longest,” Kris said. “Being honest is something we all would have appreciated. I just miss Bruce. “I wake up in the morning and realize this is happening. It’s like I have to mourn Bruce Jenner. I’m confused what happens to Bruce…I look at pictures of you and the kids and I get really sad. Bruce died.”
