The St. Thomas University Bobcats rolled out a one-of-a-kind pitcher during this past weekend’s NAIA baseball national championship game against the Lewis-Clarke State Warriors.
Ben Ancheff started the game for the Bobcats — he fanned five batters across four innings of work — and at 6’2″ and 300 pounds, he seriously challenges the notion that pitchers aren’t athletes.
