In a press conference Monday morning, Boston police released footage of terror suspect Usaama Rahim being shot and killed when confronted by police officers and FBI agents.

The video, which was captured by the security camera at a nearby Burger King, is grainy. But it does appear to refute Rahim’s brother’s early insistence that his brother had been shot in the back while on the phone with his father.
