Donald Trump and Bill Clinton had something of a lovefest Wednesday.

Appearing on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Wednesday morning, Trump said Bill Clinton was his favorite president since Ronald Reagan.

Later in the day, in an appearance on “The Daily Show,” Bill Clinton had mainly positive words to say about Trump, who entered the Republican presidential field Tuesday.

“He has been, believe it or not, uncommonly nice to Hillary and me,” Clinton said. “He thought Hillary was a good senator from New York after 9/11. And he has actually — he is one of the many Republicans who supported our foundation before they got the memo.”

While Trump has criticized Hillary Clinton recently, he previously donated $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation and thousands of dollars to Hillary’s Senate campaigns. Hillary also attended Trump’s 2005 wedding to Melania Knauss.
