Any baseball player will tell you, making a catch on the wall is one of the most difficult plays in the game.

Doing it bare-handed? Even tougher.

Still, none of that seemed to phase a sure-handed Cubs fan during the club’s Tuesday match up with the Dodgers.

When Cubs pitcher Jason Hammel lifted a weak pop-fly down the first-base line in the bottom of the 2nd, said fan managed to overcome both the wall and Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez to make one of the slickest plays of the year, all while maintaining a grip on his feasting newborn.

Just look good doin’ it.

The field umpires would eventually rule the foul ball an out — since, you know, our hero totally interfered with the play — but the Cubbies would still go on to win, 1-0.
