Tom Brady’s appeal meeting with commissioner Roger Goodell at NFL headquarters in New York lasted a full 10 hours.

Brady is appealing his four-game suspension for the alleged role he played in deflating footballs used during the AFC championship game against the Colts.

“I think he was in that room the entire time,” ESPN reporter Adam Schefter said.

If Brady does not have his suspension reversed or significantly reduced, there is speculation the quarterback will pursue action against the NFL through the courts in Massachusetts.

There is no set time-table for the NFL to announce their ruling.
