The homepage of whitehouse.gov — the official website of the president — is no longer accessible to the public.
At approximately 12:45 pm EST on Monday, The Daily Caller staff noticed that when visiting the website, users are met with the following message:

Other pages on the site are still directly accessible and online.
The White House did not immediately respond to the TheDC’s request for comment about the outage.
