A 22-year-old Tuscaloosa man is no longer yelling “Roll Chloro-methyl-phenyl-triazolo-benzodiazepide,” after police arrested him for possessing more than 10,000 Xanax pills.
According to AL.com, the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force made the arrest after a month-long investigation led them to Ryan Patrick Jones, a student at the University of Alabama.
In addition to the Xanax, officers found 141 grams of marijuana in Jones’ residence and believe his operation had an estimated worth of $75,000. He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana and selling drugs near a school. His bond was set at $35,000.
