No surprise here. Kim Kardashian is using her second pregnancy to make a little money.

The 34-year-old reality star touted a morning sickness pill on her Instagram this week. In the photo she posted, she’s holding a bottle of Diclegis, a drug that relieves nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, and her caption reads like something out of a radio commercial.
