Mr. Ailes:

I am writing to recommend that you give Ed Schultz his own show on FNC.

For starters, conservatives owe Schultz a debt of gratitude. Thanks to him Republican guests on “Hardball” know to sit a safe distance from Chris Matthews.

Secondly, Schultz could surely do wonders for the Fox News brand just like he burnished MSNBC’s reputation. He turned Phil Griffin into a huge liar and got caught belittling the second most powerful black person in the world.

All in the course of easily spending one million dollars to fight an obviously embarrassing lawsuit that he probably could have settled initially for $100,000.

Clearly, the guy is a financial whiz. On second thought, maybe you should give him a show on Fox Business Network.

And now thanks to Schultz, Republicans have an even better argument to oppose minimum wage hikes than just claiming they cost jobs. If the working man’s bosom buddy was happy to have Michael Queen work for no wage to do his bidding for a show, why should McDonald’s workers expect that theirs be raised?

Sincerely,
