Planned Parenthood employees dissect fetuses in a Colorado clinic in the latest undercover footage released by a medical ethics group opposed to abortion.

“And another boy!” one tech says in the video after dissecting a tiny fetus in front of undercover actors posing as fetal tissue buyers for a fake biotech company. The actors were in the process of negotiating a contract with the Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic to procure the tissue, and had asked to see samples.

“Do people do stuff with eyeballs?” Dr. Savita Ginde, the clinic’s Vice President and Medical Director, asks one of the potential buyers as she pokes around in a pie dish containing the tissue and fluids that resulted from an abortion.

“Oh yeah,” the actor responds. “Although eyeballs, they generally want more developed than this.”

“Then the cal [head], there was, first there was brain in here,” he continues as a tech pokes around at the head.

“Blasted out?” Ginde asks.

“Yeah, it got blasted out with the water,” the actor responds.

Ginde then explains that in second trimester abortions it’s often unnecessary to use water, because it’s so big the doctor can just reach in and pull out the body parts. “So, I don’t think it would be as war-torn,” she says.

“The brain being ‘blasted out’ is just a side effect of how vigorously the medical assistants rinse the fetal remains in a strainer after the abortion,” The Center for Medical Progress Project Lead David Daleiden told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “They blast it so vigorously with the kitchen hose that the body parts get scattered all throughout the strainer, out of the body cavities.”

This video is the fourth released by The Center for Medical Progress, which is alleging Planned Parenthood is illegally selling aborted fetuses for profit. Planned Parenthood denies the allegations, saying the fees discussed are legal compensation for the cost of procuring the tissue for researchers.

The first video shows a top Planned Parenthood doctor, Deborah Nucatola, discussing the harvest and distribution of fetal parts for research, and the second shows a doctor apparently entertaining the idea of “violating the protocol” that prohibits doctors from altering their abortion methods to obtain fetal tissue.

In the third video, an ex-fetal harvester describes her work in Planned Parenthood clinics, saying she passed out from shock on the first day when suddenly asked to dissect a fetus.

Selling human body parts, tissue or organs is illegal. But it is legal to harvest and distribute human organs and tissue in the U.S., and to receive compensation for the cost of the procurement and distribution. The government requires the compensation be “reasonable,” but does not specify how much fetal providers, such as Planned Parenthood, can charge for services.

Ginde apparently agrees to provide tissue to the fake biotech company on a per specimen basis in the fourth video. “I think a per-item thing works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it,” she says.

Ginde also says she is confident the clinic’s legal team is taking the right precautions to avoid an appearance of breaking the law, and says it’s more risky to contract with a middle-man than directly with a research facility.

The Colorado clinic provides tissue to Colorado State University, according to The Center for Medical Progress. “Putting it under the research gives us a little bit of a, a little sort of overhang over the whole thing,” Ginde says.

Planned Parenthood received $528.4 million dollars in federal grants and reimbursements for the year ending June 30, 2014, according to its 2013-2014 annual report. Republicans in Congress are expected to vote on a bill to defund the organization in light of the videos.
