Salma Hayek won’t say Donald Trump’s name.
In a new interview with E! News, the Mexican-born actress was asked about the comments Trump made during his presidential announcement.
Hayek said they offended her so much that she is protesting him by “refusing to say his name” so she doesn’t give him any “extra publicity.”
“I’m aware that he would say anything to attract attention and create the publicity around him,” Hayek said. “If something generates publicity, I would never be surprised about anything he does.”
“I’d be surprised if he did something courageous and meaningful that nobody found out about. This was not courageous and meaningful.”
