The one year anniversary of the death of Michael Brown, the 18-year-old whose death spawned protests and riots, saw more violence and looting in Ferguson, Mo.

Windows were smashed out in a beauty supply shop and mobs attempted to break into other businesses in the same strip mall. Police moved in and were able to restore order.

Later in the evening, around 11:15, shots rang out toward police.

The crowd was angry, chanting “We ready for what?” And answering “We ready for war!”

Journalists covering the protests were not immune from the violence.

Social media exploded again with anger toward the police.   Screen Shot 2015-08-10 at 12.56.07 AM
