It may seem like a distinction without a difference, but it is an awkward distinction McClatchy White House reporter Anita Kumar, one of the journalists who broke the story of Hillary Clinton’s email containing “Top Secret” intelligence made on MSNBC.
Appearing on “Morning Joe,” Kumar tried to separate Hillary Clinton from the investigation of her actions, saying, “there are several investigations into her conduct, not into her, but into her use of personal email and a personal server.”
