Weird, right?
Shortly after Jared Fogle was charged with soliciting minors for sex, the Subway mascot’s wife announced she plans to file for divorce.
“I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage,” Katie Fogle said in a statement. “My focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children…”
Fogle is facing federal charges after he paid to have sex with minors, received and distributed child pornography and traveled across state lines to have sex with at least two teenage girls.
Good for her. I hope she takes him for everything he’s got. Nothing can compensate her and her kids for the nightmare they’re going through, but at least he won’t have it. Not that he needs it anyway, where he’s going.
I gave this creep the benefit of the doubt. I didn’t want to believe it was true. Let him explain himself, I told myself. Let him tell us what happened. Well, he has. What a piece of garbage.
Kid-touchers don’t tend to do well in prison, do they? I just hope they send him somewhere out of state. We Hoosiers don’t want him around anymore.
