Stevie Wonder spouted off about gun control in the middle of his concert in New York Monday night.
“As much as we have made some incredible strides, we have also really gone to this crazy place, like them against us and us against them,” Wonder said. “We really need to do that thing called fixing the planet, by fixing each other, fixing ourselves. That includes everyone, me and us, in the spirit of love.”
“What we have to do, whether you’re NRA or whatever, is find a place of everyone being accountable for every gun we have here.”
“If you want to shoot the gun, then claim the bullet. It doesn’t deprive people of their freedom, but it does hold people accountable because you can’t take a life back.” (RELATED: Another Celebrity Wants More Restrictive Gun Control Laws)

Back in December, the 65-year-old said he “didn’t understand” how the cops who killed Eric Garner and Michael Brown were never indicted.
“Can you believe that within one month, two grand juries—secret grand juries—declined to indict two policemen for the killing of two black men? I just don’t understand that.”
After Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in 2012, the singer said access to guns was too easy.
