The NFL has reportedly launched an investigation into Pittsburgh Steelers coach James Daniels.
According to Adam Schefter, the league is looking into an alleged assault involving Daniels and a Patriots fan during Thursday’s season opener in Foxborough. Eyewitnesses claim that the Steelers’ tight end coach both kicked and verbally assaulted said fan while heading toward the locker room at halftime.
Additionally, Daniels was seen shouting at stadium security when they questioned him after halftime.
A spokesman for the league said they are aware of the situation and are currently looking into Daniel’s actions.
