Adam “Pacman” Jones was fined $35,00o by the NFL for a play in which the Bengals cornerback ripped off the Raiders receiver Amari Cooper’s helmet and slamming his head into it during Sunday’s game.
Jones posted the following video to Instagram on Wednesday explaining the situation.

Additionally, Jones told reporters that he “can’t promise it won’t happen again” and that he plans to appeal the league’s fine.
