Jessica Simpson is being accused of being drunk during a two-hour appearance on the Home Shopping Network Thursday night.
The 35-year-old was promoting her clothing line, but many assumed she was intoxicated because she kept slurring her words and making erratic statements about men wearing women’s clothing.
