Rep. Jim Jordan unloaded on Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards Tuesday in a congressional committee hearing insisting, “You can’t say I’m apologizing for statements in one video and then not tell us what those statements were.” (RELATED: RAMPANT MISOGYNY: Dem Rep Scolds Republicans’ Questioning Of Planned Parenthood President)

In the explosive exchange, Jordan said, “I don’t think we are agreeing to disagree, I think you’re not answering my question.” (RELATED: Planned Parenthood Doctor: Clinics Harvest, Distribute Aborted Baby Parts [VIDEO])

In one particularly heated interaction, Jordan insisted, “You can’t have it both ways. You can’t say I’m apologizing for statements in one video and then not tell us what those statements were.

Richards responded, “I don’t believe that Dr. Nucatola…” (A Planned Parenthood doctor who said, “I’d say a lot of people want liver” in one video released by the Center for Medical Progress.)

Jordan retorted, “Or you can do this. You can say, ‘You know what, what I said in the video I produced wasn’t true. I really wasn’t apologizing for any statement.’ You can tell us that on the record if you like. But it can’t be both positions. It has to be one. And I want to know which one is it. And frankly, the American people want to know which one is it.”

Later, Jordan told Richards, “You don’t apologize for things that are inaccurate, you apologize for things that are accurate. And you said that there were statements in that first video that I want to apologize for. I’m asking you to tell this committee chairman, this committee, and the American people. What were those statements?”

Richards who said she was “proud” of Dr. Nucatola stood by her statements claiming she was a “excellent doctor… who provides compassionate care.”
