A judge decided that Caitlyn Jenner won’t be charged with any crime for the deadly car crash he was involved in in February.
The court rejected the case because they determined Jenner was not speeding and his conduct was not “unreasonable.”

“A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter.”
In February, Jenner was driving a Cadillac Escalade down the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when he hit Kim Howe’s Lexus. Howe then drove into oncoming traffic and was hit and killed by a Hummer driving in the opposite direction. Jenner then rear-ended a Prius.
