Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting split after 21 months of marriage, and now some say an addiction to painkillers might be to blame.
The “Big Bang Theory” star said she was getting divorced because of “irreconcilable differences” in court documents she filed Monday, but a new source says she ended the marriage because her husband developed an addiction to pain pills. “She supported him but she said he couldn’t make the commitment to get sober,” a source close to the couple said. “He’d tell her he was working on it and instead go get wasted.”
Sweeting reportedly developed the addiction after he was prescribed narcotics when he had back surgery in 2014. He was arrested in 2006 while in college for a DUI and possession of drugs.
