The Washington Nationals had a less-than-ideal end to the 2015 MLB season.

The preseason NL East favorites failed to make the playoffs.

… and on Monday, Nats general manager Mike Rizzo decided it was time to make a change. Not only did Rizzo fire second year manager Matt Williams, he decided to get rid of the rest of the coaching staff for good measure.
