Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson is having a hard time not laughing when discussing how he’d have survived the Oregon shooting.
TMZ caught Carson reiterating the idea that he would have encouraged everybody to charge the shooter so “that way we don’t all end up dead” and then Carson started chuckling.
This isn’t the first time that Carson has appeared to be laughing when discussing the Umpqua Community College shooting. Earlier Carson appeared on “Fox & Friends” and once again chuckled when discussing his plan to charge the shooter in an attempt to save lives.
