A Bloomberg Politics New Hampshire focus group came to the conclusion that Hillary Clinton speaks with an “edge,” is “condescending,” and is a bit of a “bitch.”

Bloomberg Politics Managing Editor Mark Halperin asked a focus group of ten New Hampshire voters their opinions of Clinton and many came to the conclusion that her personality can “put off a lot of male voters.”

One focus group attendee, Shannon, commented that Clinton, who has been campaigning on the wedge issue of women’s equality said, “I don’t feel unequal.”

Kara, another focus group attendee added, “I agree. I don’t feel unequal. I don’t feel that I’ve had a job where I feel unequal to my male counterparts. So it’s not an issue that speaks to me.”

When a focus group attendee suggested that if a guy said the same things in the same way Clinton does, he would be “impassioned” and that “it’s a double standard.” Halperin asked if the same gentleman who raised that double standard question if he saw the “edge” and the “bitch” side of Clinton and the attendee said, “Oh, yeah!”

Ken, another focus group attendee who said he “liked Hillary,” indicated that he saw Clinton as “condescending, and I can see that causing gridlock.”

Shannon summarized Clinton’s desire to be a president as “I’m a woman. I deserve it.”

Halperin asked the group if Hillary Clinton’s personality could “hurt” her in the election and every single person in the room raised their hand.
