Bloomberg Politics managing editor Mark Halperin suggested on Thursday’s “Morning Joe” that he doesn’t believe Hillary Clinton is actually against the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement.
“There was once a Democratic candidate at a time of economic anxiety, and labor union’s strong opposition to trade deals, who ran saying, ‘I support free trade and we can make it work.’ Bill Clinton, 1992,” Halperin said. “I don’t believe Hillary Clinton’s actual position on the deal.”
