Jim Webb says the enemy that he is most proud of making is the “enemy soldier that threw the grenade that wounded me, but he’s not around right now to talk to.”

One of the last questions during the Democratic debate on Tuesday was “which enemy that you made during your political career are you most proud of.” During the Vietnam War, Webb received the Navy Cross, Silver Star, Bronze Star, and the Purple Heart for his service.
