Dennis Hof — owner of the “Love Ranch” brothel where Lamar Odom was found unconscious — is refusing to pay the women who serviced Odom during his three-day stay.

Though doctors found both cocaine and opiates in Odom’s system, Hof has denied any knowledge of Odom possibly using drugs — other than herbal viagra — at the ranch.

“They will not answer questions about Lamar or possible drug use while he was here,” Hof told TMZ. “I’m suspicious.”

Hof’s original deal was to split the $75,000 Odom provided between the two ladies but will withhold payment until the matter is settled.

Odom woke up from his coma on Friday and was transported to a Los Angeles rehab facility, where he will receive treatment for kidney failure. (RELATED: Things Just Took A Turn For The Worse For Lamar Odom)
