Lamar Odom was discharged from the Las Vegas hospital he’s been in since he collapsed at a Nevada brothel last Tuesday, but now things have taken a turn for the worse, TMZ reports.
The former basketball player’s kidneys are failing, and he may need a transplant.
Odom was flown to a rehab facility in Los Angeles Tuesday where he will undergo six hours of dialysis a day, but he might still require a transplant, according to Page Six, because “his kidneys are shot.” (RELATED: Lamar Odom Has Big Reaction To Kim Kardashian In Hospital)

Doctors at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center will also perform several brain tests on Odom to determine the extent of the damage from his strokes.
During an interview Monday night, Dennis Hof, the man who owns the Nevada brothel where Odom collapsed, told The Daily Caller that he believes Odom came to the ranch to meet its transgender prostitute, Madison Montag.
