Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton started dating recently, but it looks like she’s ready to take the relationship to another level.

“Blake’s just my buddy,” Adam Levine said. “I’m just kidding. I love you, Blake! Kinda — ish.”
Stefani added, “I love you too, Blake — ish.”
