The review of President Obama’s Oval Office speech from Fox contributor Stacey Dash is in, and it’s not pretty: “I felt like he could give a shit.”

Monday on “Outnumbered,” Dash explained that Obama’s speech from yesterday “was an epic fail.” (RELATED: Obama Spends 27 Percent Of Speech Scolding Americans On Guns, Racism; 8 Percent On ISIS Threat)

“It was like when you have to go to a dinner with your parents but you have a party to go to afterwards, that’s what it felt like,” Dash insisted. “He was just trying to get through it because he wanted to go to this event afterwords, you know, I did not feel better, I didn’t feel any passion from him like you said Andrea, I felt like he could give a shit. Excuse me.”

Obama planned on attending the Kennedy Center Honors after making what is only his third oval office speech. (RELATED: Obama Calls Gun Control ‘A Matter Of National Security’)

“He could care less. He could care less,” Dash suggested. “And here we have 14 people dead, today is the anniversary of Pearl Harbor, okay his speech should have had a lot more passion. Where is Winston Churchill when we need him is all I have to say. We are at war, he should have said that. The fact that he said terrorism, we’re all excited that he said terrorism, big deal. What is that going to do? Nothing.”

Earlier on Monday, on Fox Business Network, Lt. Col. Ralph Peters commented on Obama’s speech and said, “I mean, this guy is such a total pussy it’s stunning, and you know, we want — we the people, the American people who he does not know in any intimate sort of manner, we want action.”(RELATED: Lt. UPDATE: In a statement released by Bill Shine, Senior Executive Vice President of Programming
for Fox News and Fox Business said, “Earlier today, FOX contributors Lt. Col. Ralph Peters and Stacey Dash made comments on different programs that were completely inappropriate and unacceptable for our air. FOX Business Network and FOX News Channel do not condone the use of such language, and have suspended both Peters and Dash for two weeks.”
