Harrison Ford mocked Donald Trump after the presidential candidate praised his role in “Air Force One.”

During an interview with The New York Times, Trump said Ford’s character was his favorite in the film because “he stood up for America.”

Ford said he didn’t think Trump could tell the difference between scripted movies and real life.

“Donald, it was a movie,” Ford said to the camera. “It’s not like this in real life, but how would you know?”

The actor then joked that Trump was running for the “resident of the United States.” (PHOTOS: Harrison Ford Hospitalized After Plane Crash)

“Oh, president? I thought it was resident,” Ford said. “So he’s not only going to live there, he’s going to run the show? Oh, that’s not so much. I don’t think so.”
