Republican 2016 presidential hopeful Sen. [crscore]Marco Rubio[/crscore] released a 30-second TV spot in New Hampshire Wednesday highlighting the the contrast between his foreign policy plan and how the Obama administration has handled things abroad.

The ad, titled “Lunatic,” slams the president for the way he has conducted foreign relations with Israel.

“Today, we face ever-growing threats: radical Islamic terror, a lunatic in North Korea, a gangster in Moscow, and a president more respectful to the Ayatollah of Iran than the prime minister of Israel,” the Florida Republican says to the camera.

“Our allies don’t trust us. Our enemies don’t fear us. And the world doesn’t know where America stands,” he continues.

The junior senator says, if elected, that will change under his presidency.

Rubio, who is currently polling third in Iowa and second in the Granite State, has come under attack by his primary rivals for his voting record.

On Tuesday, Jeb Bush super PAC Right to Rise USA released an ad taking a swing at the senator for missing national security hearings and votes following Islamic terrorist attacks in Paris and San Bernardino.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie also went after Rubio for only appearing at 40 percent of votes in the Senate over the last three years, saying, “Dude, show up,” at a campaign event in Iowa.
