Bill Cosby’s lawyer said there’s a reason her client looked so unsettling during his appearance in court last Wednesday.
Cosby was charged with aggravated indecent assault in Pennsylvania after a woman accused him of drugging and abusing her in his home 12 years ago, but it was his mug shot and demeanor that left everyone wondering.

During an interview with CBS Monday morning, his attorney Monica Pressley called Cosby “a blind man.”
“He’s a 78-year-old blind man who they’ve chosen to charge, that’s not a defense to a charge, that’s just a fact,” Pressley said. “His current health status doesn’t have anything to do with his defense.” (RELATED: Eddie Griffin: ‘Cosby Rape Accusations Are Part Of Conspiracy To Bring Down Successful Black Men’)
“That’s just a fact.”
